Returns & Cancellations Policy

Lignite (“Lignite”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is committed to delivering our products to you in a safe and timely manner. This policy outlines our procedures related to shipping, delivery, returns, replacements, and cancellations.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Lignite aims to process and dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days of order confirmation.
  • Orders are shipped through reputable courier partners operating across India.
  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, courier service availability, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • In locations not serviced by courier partners, delivery may be completed via the Indian Postal Service, which may take up to 1–2 weeks, depending on the area.
  • Unless stated otherwise at checkout, shipping is free of cost. If shipping charges apply, they will be clearly mentioned before order confirmation.
  • At present, Lignite ships only within India.

Returns & Replacements

If you wish to return or replace all or part of your order, please review the conditions below carefully:

  • You must inform us within 2 business days of receiving the product if:
    • The product was damaged during transit, or
    • The product has a manufacturing or physical defect.
  • To initiate a return or replacement request, please contact us at:

  • Return requests will be validated by our support team, and further instructions will be shared via email after confirmation.
  • Once approved, the product(s) must be returned within 7 working days from the date of the confirmation email.
  • Upon receiving the returned product, Lignite will inspect and validate the claim.
  • The inspection and validation process will be completed within 7 working days of receiving the returned product.
  • If the return is approved, a replacement or refund will be issued.
  • If the product is found not eligible for return, it will be shipped back to the customer.

You will be informed at each stage of the return process, including:

  • Confirmation of return request
  • Instructions for returning the product
  • Confirmation of receipt of returned product
  • Update on inspection and final decision

Refunds

  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original mode of payment or as per applicable payment guidelines.
  • Refunds will be made only in the name of the original purchaser.
  • Processing timelines may vary depending on the payment method and banking partner.

Important Notes on Returns

  • As Lignite products are nutritional supplements intended for consumption, opened or partially used products are not eligible for return, replacement, or refund.
  • The responsibility of evaluating product suitability based on dietary needs, health conditions, or allergies lies entirely with the customer.
  • We strongly recommend reviewing:
    • Product descriptions
    • Ingredient lists
    • Usage directions
    • Warnings mentioned on the product label and website

before placing an order.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
